MATCHES
Matches are handicapped, timed 45 minute, first to 9-game pro-sets
If the match is tied as time expires, one deciding point will be played to determine the winner
As this is a timed-format tournament, lateness will not be tolerated.
Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the court.
You will be penalized one game if you are not on court for the start of your match
and an additional game for every 4 minutes you are late.
The clock for your match starts immediately once the match on-court ends,
so be ready and start warm-up quickly as you will only have a 3 minute warmup.
TIE BREAKERS
matches won > game difference > head-to-head > grille shootout > coin flip.
UNUSUAL RULES OF PLAY
THE DOUBLE PLAY: Each team gets a "Double Play" one time per match.
You can either choose to 1) play a point that counts for two points OR 2) roll the dice and try to get doubles to win the two points. There is no countering it. To use it, simply shout "Double Play! or Roll Doubles!" to the marker.
